Bed and Breakfast

Our hotel style B&B is situated in a quiet street below the remains of the spectacular old Vysehrad fortress, only 5 minutes by tram from the heart of the city centre, with very easy access to all major attractions of central Prague (Prague Castle, Lesser Town, Charles Bridge, Old Town Square, Jewish Town, Wenceslas Square etc.). Our accommodation is suitable for individual tourists, families or business people. Pets are allowed in the rooms.
We offer beautiful service rooms in an early 20th century building (The building is protected as a part of national cultural heritage. There is no lift available, but we will help you with your luggage as a matter of course). All rooms are en suite. They are fully furnished and have a writing table. Further features are minibars, hair dryers, TVs, alarm clocks, direct dial telephones and coffee/tea making facilities in each room. If you have a laptop computer, you can connect to the Internet. Buffet breakfast is served in the restaurant from 8 a.m.

You have a choice of the following types of room:

Standard Double - a double/twin room (with an extra bed if required). En suite is a shower, wash-basin and toilet.
High Standard Double - a double room (with up to three extra beds if required). En suite is a bath, wash-basin and toilet.
Two-room Apartment - a double/twin room and up to two extra beds in the adjacent room. En suite is a bath, wash-basin and toilet.

Apartment with Kitchenette

A fully furnished two-room apartment is three minutes walk from our reception. There is a bedroom (with a double bed), living room, kitchenette (gas cooker, refrigerator, microwave oven) and bathroom. There is a possibility of an extra double bed in the living room if required.
There is also a possibility of breakfast in a restaurant only three minutes walk away.

How to Get There

There are several ways to get to our Apartments Vysehrad:


From the airport
Take bus No 119, which runs every 15 minutes (from 4.30 a.m. to midnight) to the underground (metro) station "Dejvická", from where you travel underground to the station "Staromestská" and here change to tram No 17 (in direction "Sídliste Modrany") and get off at the stop "Vyton". Our building (Vratislavova 38) is five minutes walk from the tram stop.

The Airport Cars Company (tel. 220113892) also has a desk in the terminal. The fare to the city centre is about 650,- CZK.


From the train stations
From the Main Train Station ("Hlavní nádrazí") take tram No 9 (in direction "Sídliste Repy") to the stop "Jindrisská" and here change to tram No 3 (in direction "Sídliste Modrany") and get off at the stop "Vyton". Our building (Vratislavova 38) is five minutes walk from the tram stop.
From Holesovice Train Station take tram No 17 (in direction "Sídliste Modrany") to the stop "Vyton". Our building (Vratislavova 38) is five minutes walk from the tram stop.


From the bus stations
From Florenc Bus Station take tram No 3 (in direction "Sidliste Modrany") to the stop "Vyton". Our building (Vratislavova 38) is five minutes walk from the tram stop.
From Zelivského Bus Station take tram No 16 (in direction "Nádrazí Bráník") to the stop "Vyton". Our building (Vratislavova 38) is five minutes walk from the tram stop.
