is a fine dining restaurant with czech and international cuisine. An excellent and wide choice of domestic and international wines is available. With it’s classical style and casually friendly atmosphere Sieber restaurant welcomes you for breakfast or pre- and apres theatre dinner.

Breakfast

Every morning we turn our breakfast into a pleasant and relaxed experience that lasts between 7.00 AM and 10.00 AM. Our rich buffet offers english and continental breakfast, as well as smoked salmon and glass of sparkling wine. Breakfast in not included in the price of the room, so not to spoil your morning we recommend to order your breakfast when making reservation. Anyhow your breakfast can always be ordered when being with us already.

Dinner

Welcome to our fine dining restaurant, which offers huge selection of czech and international specialities made by well-known chef. An excellent and wide choice of domestic and international wines is also available.
Reservation is not requested, but recommended.
