Pension Koekoek

Dear guests!

Do you want to visit the world metropolis of Prague and to have your holiday in a calm atmosphere of a small family pension as well? While your car will have a rest safely parked at the court you will be in twenty-five minutes in the centre of the town. We can manage for you in advance not only a tourist ticket but also all tickets to all interesting cultural events as well. Your children can play in our garden and court, in the sand pit and swing. If you wish to take your dog or cat with you they are welcome! We will do everything for you to be quiet at home here!!!.

Our first clients were our Dutch friends in summer 1993 who recommended us to their friends. One room with a small kitchen had not been enough soon. For the next season the guests could accommodate in apartments with two rooms. From this date has begun our collaboration with some travel agencies from the Netherlands.

Our custom has expanded by people from Belgium, Germany, England, America and Sweden. The most exotic guest was for us the married couple from Australia and a family from Sri Lanka. Since 1998 (after another reconstruction and modernisation of the house) we have been providing accommodation in two apartments. Each of them has a separate entry without barriers. The rooms are equipped with a TV set, telephone, and mini bar. The whole pension is heated centrally by gas heating. You have a washing machine at your disposal

We speak English, German and Dutch (if you wonder why our pension was given just this name - "Koekoek" means a cuckoo in Dutch - you will learn on site!).
