The studio apartment is situated in an excellent central location of Prague's Historic Centre in Prague 2 Nove Mesto (New Town), next to the River Vltava. The ground floor apartment has sleeping accommodation for four people, a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom. The apartment has just undergone a restoration and has been furnished with new furniture. The apartment has a satellite TV with 60 channels, hi-fi stereo, gas cooker, fridge/freezer, electric oven, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board. The bathroom also has a corner bath. Clean bed linen and towels will also be provided for your stay.

The apartment is within 5 minutes walk from the "Dancing Building", 10 minutes walk from the National Theatre, and 13 minutes walk from Charles Bridge and Old Town Square. The nearest metro station, Karlovo namesti is only 2 minutes away and the nearest tram stop, Paladskeho namesti only 2 minutes away. Trams that stop here are numbers 3, 4,10,14,16,21 and for the night service 52 and 54. Restaurants, bars and shops are located in Podskalska Street. There is also car parking available outside the apartment or there is a garage 3 minutes away.
