There are altogether 6 apartments in the building, always two on each floor. The basic equipment includes a TV set (satellite), radio-alarm clock, hair fan, telephone for incoming calls. Instant coffee and tea is available to our guests in the rooms free of charge. Bed linen, towels, bath sheets and tea towels are included in the basic price of accommodation, as well as the consumption of energies and cleaning twice a week or final cleaning.

Children up to 6 years have accommodation free of cost without requirement on bed. During Eastern and Christmas holidays including New Year is the usual price increased by 20 %. Parking is free. In summer there is swimming pool available in the garden.

The Old Town is only 5 minutes away and easily accessible by walk, the Wenceslas Square is approximately 10 to 15 minutes. In our neighbourhood there are hotels AXA and HILTON, where also our guests can visit swimming pool, fittness, sauna, solarium and cosmetic´s or hairdresser´s salon.
