It is just few steps from the Old Town Square with very famous Astronomical Clocks. The hotel is in Dlouha street where also the music club Roxy is situated. If you want go shopping you can go to the department store Palladium or to the street Na Prikopech. Near the hotel there is another sight - Municipal House.

The Antik Hotel is the cosy and newly reconstructed hotel at very centre of Prague, in its historical part. It is located in a quiet by street called Dlouhá - 2 minutes from Old Town Square.
Hotel Antik is the oldest building in the Dlouha street. Built in the 15th century in gothic style and subsequently reconstructed in baroc and classicistic style.

Accommodation
All 30 double rooms of the hotel allow for an additional bed; they are all equipped with bathroom, toilet, telephone, satellite TV,mini bar, WIFI free of charge. On its romantic patio, the hotel offers pleasant coffee time all day long. Rooms are airconditioned.

Parking is available for a fee in the underground garage PALLADIUM 300m from the hotel

History
the Antik Hotel is the most preserved three-storied house that was built in Gothic style in the 15th century and then rebuilt in Baroque style and Classicism. You can find it in Dlouhá Street, which is the longest street in Old Town (520 metres).
The street was famous for the vast variety of breweries,
pubs and wine-cellars - The Raven was the much-frequented place of Charles IV and you can still find it in this street.

In 1890 Josef Veselý was the owner of the house and he opened the shoe-maker and the leather shop there.
The house became the property of the present owner and his family in the same
year and they have been running it since then.
Since 1990 the antique shop has been possible to be visited on the ground floor of the house.
In January 2002 the house was completely reconstructed to the present Antik Hotel and we hope that you discover its quality yourself.
