The spacious Conference Centre with 22 rooms can accommodate up to 1050 persons and provides state-of-the-art audio-visual technology, multimedia equipment, electronic navigation system and facilities for simultaneous interpreting.

The Centre is on the 2nd floor and has a total surface 1,142 sq. meters. There are 16 different rooms for as many as 820 people.

All conference premises are fully air-conditioned.

Hall Prague A-D
The conference rooms PRAGUE A-D are equipped with latest Hi-Fi technology controlled by touch pannels, safety magnetic locks and mobile detecting elements. This area has flexible walls and can be used as one big hall for up to 380 people or as several separate rooms. It can also be connected with the small meeting rooms VIENNA I and/or VIENNA II. Adjacent to the conference rooms is a spacious foyer where it is possible to serve coffee breaks or welcome drinks. The rooms are without natural light.

Hall Belvedere
All conference rooms Belvedere have flexible walls and can be used as separate rooms or one large hall. Adjacent to the conference rooms is a spacious foyer where is posible to serve coffee or welcome drinks. It can be also used for informal meetings. All rooms and the foyer can be linked together, creating one large hall, suitable for banquets or conferences. Natural light is a big advantage of Belvedere conference rooms.

Small Meeting Rooms
Diplomat Hotel**** Prague has 7 rooms equipped with latest Hi-Fi technology controlled by touch pannels, safety magnetic locks and mobile detecting elements. PARIS, MADRID, ROME, BERLIN and LONDON are most suitable for all-day meetings, training courses, presentations, press conferences, breaks, etc. as they are open to natural light. VIENNA I and VIENNA II can be used as two smaller separate rooms or the flexible partition wall dividing each other can be removed and one larger room created. Each of these two rooms can be connected with PRAGUE D.
