Below is a list of the terms and conditions that apply to you when you make a booking through this website.
Arteuz.com is owned and operated by Arteuz Travel, s.r.o. We act as an intermediate between hotels and users in order to provide our users with the possibility to search and book Prague hotel accommodation online. Our service is based on information provided by Prague hotels.
Free of charge
Our service is free of charge. Any additional services and activities must be settled prior to departure.
Basic overview of the types of accommodation available in the Czech Republic: A hotel is an accommodation facility with at least 10 guestrooms equipped for temporary accommodation and providing services associated with guests’ stay . Garni hotels only have limited restaurant facilities. A pension is an accommodation facility with at least 5 guestrooms and a limited range of services.
Classification of accommodation facilities
Each certified accommodation facility is marked with a category symbol (hotel, pension …) and a number of stars. The maximum number is five stars which represent the highest category (more information).

Credit card guarantee
Booking have to be guaranteed to the following credit cards: American Express, Visa Card, Dinners Club, Eurocard/Mastercard, JCB, Visa Electron. Hotels require credit card details in order to guarantee your reservation. When you make a booking you will automatically enter into an agreement with the hotel you have chosen. Any charges to your credit card are made by the hotel you select. Arteuz.com does not make any charges to your credit card. Some reservations may be nonrefundable or non-changeable.
Be assured that we take our responsibility regarding your credit card information very seriously. We use the industry standard "Secure Socket Layer (SSL)" technology to encrypt your credit card details. Arteuz.com cannot be responsible for incorrect or invalid credit card information.
You don't pay any fees for reservation making. Your order will be satisfied by our operators which will be in contact with you till the end of all the process (hotel check- in). You will communicate with them during all the process even if you wish to cancel your reservation. Basic communication with operators is via e-mail. Completion and sending of a reservation form on www.arteuz.com is not binding. Reservation process by Arteuz.com is always finished by an "Accommodation Voucher", which is obligatory. Rates in price list of each of hotels are always stated for number of persons in 1 room/per day including VAT and city fees.
No reservation is confirmed until you have received the Voucher which is your certificate only. You will get your accommodation voucher, when you confirm your reservation. Vouchers include all details about the service and must be presented at any check-in.

1. Afterwards click on the button: "Cancel the reservation". Our reservation centre took over and deals with your demand
concerning cancellation or your reservation. After having deal with the hotel in person, we will contact you by email in no more than 24 hours.
2. If our reservation centre does not reply within the indicated time, it is because we do not receive your cancellation demand. In this case contact us on the following email email@example.com. Otherwise you risk that an cancellation fee will be charged to your credit card following conditions agreed upon earlier.
or send email directly to the address: firstname.lastname@example.org - please don't forget to include all details about your reservation, including your name, hotel, booking ID.
Please follow the instructions in the confirmation email in case you need to cancel your stay. If you cancel according to the cancellation policy of the hotel, it will be free of charge. We recommend you read the cancellation policy of the hotel carefully. If you cancel later than requested by the hotel or do not show up, the hotel might charge you a fee which is in most cases an equivalent for 1 night stay. Arteuz.com will not charge you any cancellation fee whatsoever.
The general cancellation and no-show policy of each hotel is made available on our website at the hotel page, during the reservation process and in the confirmation email.
Changes to your reservation
You can make changes to your reservation by sending email to: email@example.com
Status of my reservation
You can check the status of any reservation request by entering into 'View/Cancel a Reservation' with your name and booking ID and view your reservation. You can control the status of your reservations in the 'status column'.
All information presented here has been gathered and prepared with the greatest care. Our services are based on the information provided by the hotels; they are responsible for its accuracy. Hotels can alter the information about their hotel, such as prices and availability, at any moment.
Arteuz Travel is a registered company in the Czech Republic. Czech law is applicable to our services.
